SPM (Statistical Parametric Mapping) is software for the construction and assessment of spatially extended statistical processes used to test hypotheses about functional imaging data.

It is a Matlab module.

Using SPM

At TCHPC, you can launch SPM from within Matlab (providing you have a valid Matlab license).

You must load the module:

module load apps spm

This loads spm/8 - we also have spm/5 available.

Get an allocation as per these instructions.

Launch Matlab.

Then, from the Matlab prompt, simply type 'spm' to start it:
