Abstract:With the development of tissue engineering, the freeze!drying technology has been adopted in the fabrication of three!dimensional porous polymer scaffold and displays the advantage of easy operation, controllable of the scaffold configuration and biocleanliness.According to the mathematical simulation and experimental results, find the factors that influence the scaffold porous configuration in freeze drying processes.
