Open drop-in session, 9:30am to 10.45am, Room 2.12 Lloyd Building, with a focus is on Genetics and Bio-Engineering codes (Matlab, BLAST, R, SNOW, Python/Numpy etc).

This month, we're focusing on getting Genetics and Bio-Engineering codes to run on our clusters. The following applications are available on our clusters:

• BLAST / MPI-BLAST
• BLAT
• SSEARCH
• GBrowse
• R/Snow
• Python/Numpy
• Matlab
• Star-P

These may be useful to staff and postgrads in Genetics and Bio-Engineering.

Whilst we have extra emphasis on these disciplines this month, researchers from other disciplines are also more than welcome to come along.
