Abstract:
The project focuses on methodological development in areas that raise problems for modelers and analysts. This includes, in particular, the linkage between EU agricultural policy and world market; the role of new demands for food, feed and fuel on the agricultural sector, and issues that still raise methodological difficulties such as the role of transnational firms, the impact of trade liberalization on price volatility, etc. The project intends to provide applied analyses helpful to decision makers and trade negotiators.
